IJJ Game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the IJJ Game platform, including the website at ijjgame.org and the IJJ Game Android application ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and IJJ Game in relation to your use of the Platform. No verbal representations, marketing materials or third-party descriptions of the Platform override these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and promotional material, these Terms take precedence.

IJJ Game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. The "last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use IJJ Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. IJJ Game is an adults-only platform and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual, not on behalf of a company, organisation or third party.
• You must not be using the Platform under a restricted or suspended account status.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information. IJJ Game does not accept accounts created with false identity details.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one IJJ Game account. Registering more than one account — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, IJJ Game reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any balances, pending bets or bonuses linked to those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information including your name, contact details and any identity verification information that IJJ Game may request. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. IJJ Game will not be liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity that takes place under your account login is your responsibility, whether or not you personally carried out that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact IJJ Game support immediately via the email address listed in the Contact section of these Terms.

• IJJ Game accounts are non-transferable. You cannot sell, transfer or assign your account to another person.
• Account balances are not transferable between accounts and cannot be cashed out except through the standard withdrawal process to your own verified payment method.
• IJJ Game may request identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on IJJ Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved in any transaction on the Platform. Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. Available methods may change from time to time; the current list of supported methods is shown on the Deposit page.

Deposits are credited to your IJJ Game PKR balance after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Standard JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within a few minutes. Bank transfer and Raast timelines depend on the processing speed of the respective financial institution.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method that belongs to you. Using another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account to fund your IJJ Game balance is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. IJJ Game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or wallets.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. IJJ Game may request identity verification before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold.
• If a deposit is made in error, contact support as soon as possible. IJJ Game cannot guarantee reversal of deposits that have already been credited to your account and used for betting.
• IJJ Game does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank for their applicable charges.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on IJJ Game are final once confirmed. Once you have confirmed a bet — whether on a cricket match, PSL fixture, T20 game, football event, esports market or any other sporting event — that bet cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed by you. It is your responsibility to check the bet details, including market, selection, stake in PKR and odds, before confirming.

IJJ Game offers a wide range of sports betting markets, with particular depth in cricket — including international fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) rounds, bilateral series and T20 tournaments. Football, esports and other sports are also available. Market availability and odds are subject to change up until the event begins and, in the case of live in-play betting, throughout the event.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are shown at the time of placing the bet.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market. Generally, if a match does not reach completion, bets on the match outcome will be voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, IJJ Game reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Bets placed during live play are subject to a brief acceptance delay. IJJ Game may decline in-play bets without explanation, particularly where the result of the relevant action is already known.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKR balance promptly after the relevant event has concluded and results have been confirmed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

IJJ Game may offer bonuses and promotional rewards to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL season or major international cricket series. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on IJJ Game:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your account and must meet any applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The required multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, shared or applied to another account.
• IJJ Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time, including bonuses that have already been credited, if there is evidence of abuse or if the bonus was credited in error.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in the closure of all linked accounts and cancellation of all associated balances.
• Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: hedging bets across accounts, placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine sporting interest, and coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional offers.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on IJJ Game and will result in immediate account suspension and potential cancellation of all balances:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading or someone else's identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical means to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit games.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in games or the betting system. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing information about in-progress games or coordinating bets across accounts to guarantee profits.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform's technical systems, including DDOS attacks, SQL injection or any other form of technical interference.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Allowing or facilitating access by a person under the age of 18 to your IJJ Game account.

8 Responsible Gaming

IJJ Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the Platform. While betting and gaming are intended to be enjoyable entertainment activities, we recognise that for some individuals they can become problematic. We encourage all players to approach their use of IJJ Game with clear personal limits in place.

The following guidance applies to all IJJ Game players and represents our recommended approach to responsible use of the Platform:

• Set a budget: Before each session, decide the maximum PKR amount you are comfortable spending. Treat this as a fixed ceiling, not a guideline.
• Set a time limit: Decide in advance how long you will play. Losing track of time is a common sign of problematic gaming behaviour.
• Never chase losses: If you have reached your session budget, stop playing. Increasing your bets or continuing to play to recover losses typically leads to further losses.
• Keep it entertainment: Betting on cricket or playing live casino games should feel like entertainment. If it begins to feel compulsive or financially stressful, take a break.
• Protect minors: If you share devices with family members, ensure your IJJ Game account is logged out when not in use. Never share your account credentials with anyone under 18.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the IJJ Game Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data and brand assets — is the intellectual property of IJJ Game or its content licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any IJJ Game content without prior written permission.
• The IJJ Game name, logo and brand identity may not be used in any context — including social media, websites or marketing — without explicit written authorisation from IJJ Game.
• Third-party game content available on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and studios. Any reproduction of that content is governed by the terms of those third-party providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

IJJ Game provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the Platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that the Platform will meet every user's expectations at all times.

• IJJ Game will not be liable for any loss of winnings, lost profits or financial loss arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, incorrect odds or any other service disruption beyond our reasonable control.
• IJJ Game will not be liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank.
• IJJ Game will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, including losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• In all cases, IJJ Game's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform will not exceed the PKR balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

IJJ Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• The account holder has provided false identity information.
• The account holder is or may be under 18 years of age.
• There is unusual or suspicious financial activity associated with the account, including patterns consistent with money laundering.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any PKR balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at IJJ Game's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player-initiated closure request — the remaining balance will be returned via the most recent withdrawal method used on the account, subject to identity verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their IJJ Game account may do so by contacting support via the email address in the Contact section below. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any open bets at the time of a closure request will be settled normally before the account is closed.

12 Changes to These Terms

IJJ Game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates may be made to reflect changes in how the Platform operates, changes in the range of services offered, changes in applicable legal context or to clarify existing provisions. The date shown in the "last updated" field at the top of this page will be changed whenever the Terms are revised.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — IJJ Game will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through in-platform notifications or via the contact details associated with their account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, your remedy is to stop using the Platform and request account closure via the support contact below. IJJ Game will process the closure and return any eligible PKR balance in accordance with Section 11.
